Smarthys Consulting joins SQORUS group as of October 1, 2023
We are pleased to announce a new milestone for Smarthys Consulting, which joins the SQORUS group as of October 1, 2023.
The SQORUS group is a consulting firm that has been helping its customers to digitally transform their Finance, HR and IT support functions for more than 30 years. SQORUS is a major player with expertise and know-how recognized by its customers in consulting, implementation, data management and infrastructures, and which places human capital at the heart of its strategy. These essential values, shared with Smarthys Consulting, illustrate the obvious complementarity between our two companies and the positive dynamic of this merger.

This decision is also motivated by our development strategy and our desire to become a key player in the implementation of performance management solutions. The complementary nature of Smarthys Consulting’s offerings and know-how within SQORUS will be a tremendous opportunity to support our growth ambitions and promote our expertise more widely.
This will enable us to develop our EPM/BI offerings and structure our organization to provide even better day-to-day support for our customers.
Smarthys Consulting remains an independent business unit within SQORUS group, with Thierry Branche as CEO, and it will maintain all of its EPM/BI services and solutions.
There is no change to the organization in place at Smarthys Consulting, no change to your usual contacts, and assignments in-progress will continue as planned.There is no change either to any administrative aspect.
Our existing offerings and software publishers’ partnerships are also being maintained, even reinforced.
We are going to expand our EPM/BI business within SQORUS, which will enable us to attract new talents to strengthen our team with more experts.
Lastly, SQORUS group’s support will make it possible for us to provide a more comprehensive picture of the transformation of your Finance and HR functions, in terms of both upstream processes and business applications.
The expertise of SQORUS’ 300 employees in managing complex projects in international environments will also help to boost our own overall proficiency in consultancy, governance, transformation, change management and data management, which is certain to create value in our joint projects.
